From end of 2011 till mid 2014 a set of spiritual Healing Classes are presented by Helen Smits, during each 1st weekend of every 2nd month.

During the Classes the Class Participant - you - will receive tools to cleanse and release yourself from old thought forms, emotional wounds & Karmic Patterns.

You will learn severall methods how to work and become aware

of your own Chakra' s, the Layers of your Aura & Subtle Bodies.

You'll become aware of the subtle differences between

Foreign and Ur own energies, emotions and thought forms.

You will B able to release dark aspects in & from yourself,

without having to go through severe pains or life lessons.
